We recommend sending a ticket through the WiiM Home app. If you prefer to use email, please send an email to support@wiimhome.com. Describe the issue you're having and what WiiM device you are using. We may ask you to submit another ticket through the WiiM Home app to get more information about your device to help resolve the issue.
